SO. LadyoftheQ is the one on the far right.

Basically, the deal here is that she infiltrated a guild of preteen girls (And one guy) who are obsessed to the max with John Cusack. She plays along, i.e."OMG I WOULD LUV TO HAV CUZAKS BABEEZ", and afterward we laugh at them.

She has sneaking suspicions that the guy is there for the same reason she is, which would ROCK because it would mean, like, a sixth of their organization is pure fakery.

So, I thought this was a good quick depiction of that.
